Visual Stage


Hi everyone,

I am making a new barista game. But instead of most other barista or any cafe games, instead of a cute little town, I plan to take the player to a city set in the future. Right now, there is only a simple plan of the city where the game will take place, but I think making a city in Blender is one of the easiest things and the fact that the player will not enter the city and will only see it from a distance opens up a lot of space for me. Even if the player will not enter the city, they will spend almost all of their time looking at this city, so it needs to be very detailed and beautiful.

The color selection was not made randomly because it is a game that will take place at sunset. You can see the result in the AI photos that I used as a basis for the construction of the city.



Apart from the visuals, most of the game's gameplay mechanics are already ready, but there is nothing visually interesting yet. The control and gameplay are incredibly simple because I don't think anyone is looking for difficulty in such a game. It is a game that can be played with just a mouse and a single button. I would like to share the name, but it is still in such an Alpha stage that it doesn't even have a name :) We can call it Synthwave Cafe as its code name.

That's all for now, since the game is small, the devlog will not take long and will be completed quickly. I will try to update it frequently for both motivation and for those who want to see the background after the game is released.
